Position: Customer Service Representative
Hours: Full Time
Reports To: Community Customer Service Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent TPW in all interactions with homeowners, guests, renters, and vendors in a
    friendly, courteous, and professional manner
  • Assist homeowners, guests and renters with any homeowners issues
  • Answer and direct the resolution of service calls by providing the appropriate service
    provider information and/or in-house service assistance
  • Track the issuance of unit entry keys for both owners and their authorized service
    providers
  • Assist with issuing and maintaining credentials associated with the operation of the
    community (ie, parking passes)
  • Dispatch in-house maintenance personnel as well as vendors through the proper use
    of work orders
  • Keep accurate and updated records which provide the framework for the management
    of the community
  • Supervise the daily activities of common area buildings including opening and
    closing of buildings
  • Make regular tours of the communities to inspect common areas for any maintenance
    items that require attention and create work orders to effect resolution

Requirements:

  • Organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks accurately
  • Possess a courteous and friendly professional manner
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Associates Degree or 2 years business experience preferred
  • General computer experience necessary
  • General proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
